While a H.E.A.L. Journey can take place anywhere, Ibiza is known as a healing island and coming here for transformational healing work is especially powerful and potent.

In spiritual circles, Ibiza is known as a power spot on the earth's grid - an amplifier of energy, a place that shines a light on what you're truly seeking and expands your capacity to receive it. She has two faces and I invite you to get to know her deeply feminine, healing side, that she may support your own transformation…

Far away from the club scene and the bustling beaches is another Ibiza entirely - the sacred land that was here millennia before the first DJ played their opening set. This Ibiza’s alive with fertile energy, with wildflowers covering the red earth, with fragrant pine forests and coastal paths that wind above the crystal clear waters, the air rich with the scent of blossom and herbaceous goodness - extraordinary sunrises and sunsets and skies so clear the stars sparkle like diamonds.

It is the land of the Goddess Tanit, worshipped in a mountain cave here for over two and a half thousand years - Goddess of women, of fertility, of the moon.

It is the land of Es Vedrà, a magnificent, majestic and magnetic power spot, with energy so potent that everyone in its midst can feel its power and a place so beautiful and exquisite that it captivates all those who sit before it.

I've been living here for eleven years, walking this land every day, sitting at its sacred sites, and doing the deepest healing work of my life. This land has been my teacher, my healer and my home. And now I'd like to share it with you, so that it can serve you too, on your journey of healing and coming home to yourself.

What is a H.E.A.L. Journey?

A H.E.A.L. Journey is a tailored, one-to-one, seven-day transformational experience, on Ibiza, dedicated entirely to your healing, transformation, and reconnection with yourself.

Together we’ll curate the experience that suits you - from H.E.A.L. Sessions, Healing Nature Walks and Sacred Site visits - to the opportunity to learn the sacred healing arts of Reiki and Sekhem - the choice is entirely yours.

You’ll have plenty of time to rest, restore and integrate - in nature, by the sea or however you choose.

Each session is shaped entirely around what you need and what wants to move within you. Some days you may wish to go deeper, weaving sessions together into a longer, more immersive experience. Other days may call for stillness, for wandering, for swimming in crystal waters or simply sitting with the land. The journey unfolds in complete alignment with you.

Every H.E.A.L. Journey is unique. Together, we follow what is alive in you and create an experience that truly supports your healing, unfolding, and return to yourself.

The H.E.A.L. Journey Flow

Imagine waking each morning on this sacred land of Ibiza, knowing that today is entirely yours. There is nowhere to be, nothing to perform, no one to take care of but yourself. The day opens gently - perhaps with a walk through the pine forest as the sun rises over the red earth, the air already warm with the scent of rosemary and thyme or simply some gentle time for yourself, sitting and reflecting while taking in the peace of nature all around you.

Each day we follow what is alive in you. Some days that may mean simply receiving - energy healing, aromatherapy, reflexology, the wildflower and sacred site essences I created through this land. Other days it may mean walking around a sacred site and receiving your healing there, in the presence of something timeless and quietly magnificent. Sometimes that may mean sitting together and unravelling the belief that has been running quietly beneath everything - finding it, naming it, clearing it at the root - and feeling the freedom that follows.

If you feel called to learn Reiki or Sekhem, your H.E.A.L. journey can be devoted to receiving your initiations and tuition here, on this sacred land, held in a way that goes far beyond a training. You’ll leave with an extraordinary capacity for self healing, and the ability to offer that gift to others too, if that’s your calling.
