Once you've learned Reiki, it's always there with you, so you can simply put your hands on yourself or anyone else who wishes to receive it and the 'Ki', or Life Force energy, will flow. It can help with just about anything you can think of as it’s always supporting your system towards more ease, balance, health and peace.

Reiki is deeply relaxing and typically brings a deep sense of calm to the emotions, stillness to the mind and ease to the body as it initiates your body's natural healing process.

As you channel Reiki energy for yourself or others, the 'Rei', (the highest consciousness, that is your true nature) guides the ‘Ki’ toward the energetic blockages underlying the core issue and begins to release them. Reiki works beyond the awareness of your conscious mind and does not require you to ‘believe’ in it for it to do its healing work. Whatever your system is ready to let go of emotionally, mentally, physically and energetically, Reiki will support, restoring greater flow of ‘Ki’ in your energy system and physical body, naturally resulting in greater wellbeing.

When we are calm, we are more grounded, we feel more embodied, our mind is more focused and clear, we can be more fully in the present moment, our body is more at ease because the parasympathetic nervous system is activated (the rest and digest mode) and so your whole system reaps the benefits.

For many the calm that Reiki brings helps them to sit quietly for contemplation and meditation and allows them to connect more deeply with their true nature and to allow more of their soul to come into their body and more clarity and alignment around their life purpose.

People often describe receiving Reiki as feeling safe and held, as if wrapped in a warm blanket of unconditional love, many feel angelic presences and the loving embrace of Source or Divine energy.

Since the source of our true nature is the same as every other living being, once learned, we can use Reiki on animals, plants, the planet. Literally anything and anyone can benefit from this healing frequency of energy because it’s the creative principle of who we all are.

Reiki Level One

When you learn Reiki at level 1, you learn how to treat yourself and others with the Life Force energy. It is recommended that you use this on yourself, family and friends while learning how it works and gathering experience and benefitting from the healing firsthand. At this level you can also use Reiki on your plants and your pets, they love it too.

Reiki Level Two

When you take Reiki Level 2, this is the practitioner level, where you learn more advanced healing techniques, including the powerful Distance Reiki Healing tool that allows you to send Reiki to literally anyone, anywhere, including yourself. You can use the Distance Reiki Healing technique to transcend time, this includes healing and releasing issues from the past as well as sending it ahead of time to the days, weeks, months or years ahead including specific upcoming situations and events ahead. Reiki brings calm, grace, centeredness, ease and flow to the recipient whenever it is used.

Who it’s for

Reiki is available for anyone to learn. You don’t need any special skills or healing experience to learn Reiki and become a Reiki practitioner.

If you already use a healing modality, Reiki will simply amplify your healing capacity and increase your sensitivity to the flow of energy in your's and other's systems and help you to pinpoint more accurately where imbalances and blockages are so you can treat more effectively.

Reiki helps you no matter your stage or vocation in life. Reiki simply invites you to become your unique, authentic self, revealing your natural gifts and talents and supporting you to unfold and express more of who you truly are in every moment.

Online Reiki Training

Reiki Training is possible online through distant attunements which are as powerful and potent as in person attunements, if not more so.

The original teaching of Dr. Mikao Usui includes distance healing methods which are taught at Reiki Level Two with attunement to a specific distance healing symbol.

Traditionally, attunements and teaching have taken place in person, however, Hawayo Takata, (the Reiki Master who brought Reiki to the West ), on occasion used to offer attunements at a distance when giving them in person was not possible.

It is now my pleasure after 25 years of teaching Reiki in person, to offer this precious healing modality online to any woman who wishes to learn, from anywhere in the world.

It will be an honour and a pleasure to welcome you to my online classroom and to initiate you into the Usui lineage of this beautiful, ancient healing art.

Reiki Level I – First Degree

By completing the First Degree of Reiki, you’ll be able to give yourself a Reiki healing treatment as well as offering full Reiki healing treatments to family and friends. Reiki combines beautifully with all other healing modalities to enhances the benefits of any treatment or therapy it is used alongside.

IN THE REIKI LEVEL ONE COURSE YOU’LL LEARN ABOUT:

• what Reiki is and how to use it for self-healing and healing others .

• the origins and history of Reiki and its founder Dr. Mikao Usui.

Reiki Level II – Second Degree

On completing the Second Degree of Reiki, you’ll be able to work as a Reiki practitioner. You will be empowered to work with three sacred Reiki symbols that equip you to work with the Reiki energy at a deeper, more focused level, including using techniques for distance Reiki healing. Distance Reiki healing enables you to send Reiki to anyone, anywhere in the world, at any time as well as to situations in your own past, present and future. You’ll also learn advanced in-person healing treatment techniques at this level.

Reiki Level III – Third Degree – Reiki Master-Teacher Training

On completion of the Reiki Master-Teacher training, you’ll working with the Reiki energy at a far deeper level, enabling you to experience a more powerful flow of Ki (Life Force energy) both for your own benefit and in the treatment of others. This Master Level training introduces you to two further sacred Reiki symbols, including the Reiki Master symbol. Initiation to this level allows you to initiate others into the Reiki healing system and how to pass on the sacred traditional teachings and healing techniques of Reiki to others.

About Claudia Maxine - Reiki Master-Teacher

Claudia is a Reiki Master-Teacher who follows the traditional method of teaching Usui Reiki in three stages. Claudia trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho, the Usui Tradition of Natural Healing under two different Reiki Master-Teachers. Her Reiki lineage can be traced directly to its founder, Dr. Mikao Usui.
