You are held in an energetic field of love by my healing guides throughout, and the modalities drawn upon meet you exactly where you are.

Among them are Reiki, Sekhem, Angelic and Divine Feminine energy healing frequencies, ReAlign – kinesiology-based energy healing, and somatic trauma-informed modalities including somatic hypnotherapy, EFT tapping and Expansion Brainspotting. Sessions may also draw upon vagal toning, yoga and pranayama to support emotional and nervous-system regulation.

You may like to begin with:

A Single Align with Your Soul Session – £222

A powerful, two-hour standalone session offering you dedicated space to connect with your soul, explore what is ready to emerge and receive the healing, guidance and Soul Alignment that’s waiting to meet you in this moment.

It can be a complete session in itself or the beginning of a deeper body of work together.

At the end of your session, if you feel called to continue into a longer container of six or more sessions, your £222 session will be deducted from the cost of your chosen container.

For those who know they’re ready to go deeper my recommendation is:

A container of 6, 9 or 12 Align with Your Soul Sessions – allowing for a progressive deepening into the healing, embodiment and soul alignment needed to express your gifts and live your Soul Purpose more fully.

Each Align with Your Soul Session lasts up to 90 minutes.

Online Sessions are held via Zoom - enabling you to experience the healing in the comfort of your own home.
