Ancestral Feminine Healing For Women Ready to Come Home to Themselves
Welcome lovely one,
I’m so glad you’re here.
I created this sacred ancestral feminine healing journey to support you to:
Remember who you were before your ancestral inheritance.
Release the ancestral patterns holding you back from living as your authentic self.
Reclaim your sacred feminine gifts and begin to embody your Soul and your Purpose.
Before you begin
I recommend bookmarking this page so you can easily find your way back whenever you need to.
Before diving into the content, take some time to read the introduction so you have a deeper understanding of the ancestral feminine healing work you’re about to experience.
I suggest setting aside around an hour to an hour and a half for each section. This will give you time to sit with the reflection questions, relax into the healings, reflect on what arises and allow space for whatever is ready to emerge.
I recommend experiencing one channelled piece per day, allowing time for integration and for the energy healing to settle into your system.
Take your time with each section. Give yourself space to tune into what’s arising within you, receive the healing and integrate the transmission. Allow yourself to move at your own pace, honouring what you need along the way.
If you have any questions or would like to share about your experience with Return to Her, please feel free to get in touch here.
I wish you a beautiful journey as you Return to Her.
With Love,

Introduction
Remember Who You Truly Are
It’s my belief that we are a vast Soul, seeking to express itself through a human body. When we come into this life, we forget much of who we truly are as expansive spiritual beings, and begin to identify with our physical bodies, our family origins and the world we find ourselves in.
As we incarnate, we inherit an ancestral blueprint, carried in part through our DNA and shaped by the generations who came before us. This inheritance influences our physical characteristics, our biological predispositions and, in ways we are only beginning to understand, how our bodies respond to the world around us.
But our inheritance goes beyond our physical DNA.
We also inherit the experiences, patterns, beliefs and survival responses of those who came before us. The ways our ancestors learned to navigate life, the relationships they formed, the hardships they endured and the ways they found to survive can all leave their mark on the generations that follow.
Some of these patterns may be reflected in our family dynamics, the beliefs we grow up with, the ways we respond to stress, or what we learn about love, safety, belonging and our own worth. Research into epigenetics is exploring how experiences and environments can influence gene expression, although the ways these influences may extend across generations are complex and still being understood.
Yet our ancestral inheritance is not only made up of wounds and burdens.
We also carry the gifts of those who came before us. Their resilience, resourcefulness, creativity, wisdom, strength and capacity to love are part of the rich tapestry of our inheritance, alongside the burdens that may still be asking to be acknowledged and healed.
And beyond all of this, there is the Soul.
The part of us that exists beneath the conditioning, the family patterns, the expectations of society and the identities we have learned to inhabit. The part of us that holds our unique essence, our innate wisdom, our gifts and our potential.
As women, we are also born into a much wider ancestral story: the collective experience of the feminine. Across generations, women have carried extraordinary wisdom, strength and creative power, alongside experiences of suppression, silencing, inequality and disconnection from their own innate knowing.
These experiences have helped shape the world we live in and the possibilities we may believe are available to us today.
So, when we begin to remember who we truly are, we begin to explore all the layers of our inheritance. We can honour the gifts, acknowledge the wounds and recognise the patterns that may have shaped our lives without defining who we are or who we are here to become.
We can begin to distinguish between what we have inherited and what is truly ours.
We can remember that we are not simply the sum of our ancestors, our experiences or the expectations placed upon us.
We are also the Soul expressing itself through this life, with our own unique gifts, our own path and our own purpose.
And perhaps the beginning of coming home to ourselves is simply to become curious about who we are beneath the layers, to listen to the wisdom within us, and to begin remembering the woman we came here to be.
Ancestral Feminine Healing
As a channel for ancestral and soul level healing, I bring through energy healing transmissions from my ancestral healing guides to support you in healing the personal, ancestral and collective patterns holding you back from living as your true, authentic self, connected with your Soul and your Purpose.
During this experience, you’ll receive three sacred, ‘Healing the Ancestral Feminine’ channelled pieces, to support you to:
Remember who you are at the soul level, beneath the layers of your ancestral inheritance.
Release unresolved experiences from your mother line that are holding you back from living life as your true, authentic self.
Reclaim your sacred feminine gifts, so you can begin to embody your unique purpose and soul calling in the world.

Part One
Remember
Remembering Who You Are Beneath the Layers
Before we can begin to release what we carry, we first need to bring it into our conscious awareness. So much of who we believe ourselves to be has been shaped by our family, our upbringing, our experiences and the wider collective feminine story we have inherited.
Yet beneath these layers is the Soul, with its own unique essence, wisdom, gifts and purpose.
Before tuning in to the sacred Return to Her meditation, I invite you to take some time to turn inwards, to notice what’s stirring within you. You might like to ask yourself….What called you here to Return to Her? What have you come here to Remember?
Give yourself some space to drop in and notice the sensations that arise, the emotions that are present – pay attention to any thoughts, images, memories or inner dialogue that arises. Try to be with them without judgement. Simply become curious about what’s there, within you, beneath the layers and begin to listen.
The answer to the questions might not announce themselves with a fanfare, but might arise in your awareness in more subtle ways over the coming days – a penny might suddenly drop in an unexpected moment, you might have a realisation while making the dinner you might have a sense of something completing itself in a dream – the invitation is to stay open, to pay attention, to observe and notice what arises without judgement.
Feel free to journal if you find it helpful.
Questions for Contemplation
When you’re ready, I invite you to take a little time to sit with each of the questions below. You don’t have to go through all of the questions at once and if anything feels like it’s too much, honour that and simply move on to the next. You don’t need to find definitive answers, by asking the question, you’re opening a door in your consciousness for pieces of information you carry within you to arise, as and when they’re ready to be brought to conscious awareness for processing, healing or embodying.
Again, you may like to journal if it feels helpful.
Who am I beneath the roles I play, the expectations placed upon me and the responsibilities I carry?
How do I experience connection with my soul?
Is there a part of myself, a gift or an aspect of my nature, that I feel called to remember and bring forth?
What are the strengths, wisdom and gifts have I inherited from the women who came before me?
What’s my experience of being a woman in today’s world and – where do I feel free to be myself and where do I feel held back?
What was my female ancestors’ experience of being a woman in their lifetime? How much of that do I carry within me?
Are there any unresolved burdens that I’m aware of in my female line – from trauma, loss, abuse, slavery, persecution, illness and so on? If so, what of these burdens do I feel I am carrying?
Receiving the Channelled Meditation
When you feel ready, find a comfortable place where you can relax and allow yourself to receive the meditation in peace. You may wish to set an intention – perhaps to reconnect with your authentic self, with your Soul, with your ancestral roots, with your feminine wisdom, with you sacred gifts, your Soul Purpose, or you may simply wish to remain open to whatever unfolds.
Return to Her – Healing Meditation
After the Meditation
I recommend you take time to be with yourself and with what arose for you, notice how your body feels and what your awareness is now resting on. If you wish, you may like to ponder the following prompts:
What, if anything, did I notice during the meditation?
Has anything come into my awareness about myself, my Soul, my sacred feminine gifts, my ancestry or the patterns I carry?
Is there a gift, a quality or a part of myself that I feel drawn to reconnect with?
What would it look like to honour more of who I truly am in my everyday life?
Allow yourself to sit with whatever has arisen. Sometimes remembering begins with a feeling, a sensation or simply a knowing that there is something more deep within you that’s waiting to emerge. Whether or not you experienced something during the meditation, I invite you to keep your awareness open as you may find that insights begin to emerge in the hours or days afterwards.
If anything arises that feels significant, you might like to make a note of it in your journal.
When transitioning out of the meditative state to continue with your day, I invite you to do so mindfully, so as to maintain the connection with your inner self for as long as possible.
Part Two
Release
Acknowledging What You Are Ready to Release
While many of us are aware of patterns of behaviour and cycles of experience that keep repeating themselves in our lives, we’re not always aware of their deeper origins. Understanding why these patterns are there and how they once served us, our ancestors and the collective feminine, can go a long way toward helping us to release them. Patterns that we consider unhelpful can usually be considered a survival adaptations that have outlived their purpose.
Acknowledging these patterns and their origins with compassion is, in my experience, the kindest thing we can do. When we recognise that a pattern was formed by a belief, and that belief was formed as a result of a difficult or traumatic experience, we can honour how it helped us and our lineage to survive.
However, surviving is not the same as thriving, and when we are still living within outdated survival patterns, we feel stuck, unable to create our lives as we choose.
I believe we create our outer experience in alignment with the beliefs that we hold (both conscious and subconscious) and these beliefs inform our nervous system how to respond to keep us ‘safe’ – not happy, but alive – then we are trapped within these nervous system response patterns until we bring them to conscious awareness and heal what is at their root cause. In my experience, the most stubborn patterns that we may have worked with time and again, did not start with us, but somewhere in our lineage. This is what this work is for – healing back through the line, in this particular case, the female line – to resolve and release the pattern where it began and acknowledgement is the first step.
Seeing where it comes from, acknowledging that it really did have a purpose at one time but that now it is no longer needed, can help us to feel gratitude for our survival mechanisms whilst simultaneously retiring them from ‘active service’.
In the next step, I’ll invite you to ponder some questions to help bring to conscious awareness the origin of one or more of the inherited patterns you carry, then, in the guided ancestral feminine energy healing, I’ll invite you to set an intention for what you wish to release and what you wish to bring forth and you’ll relax and let the energy healing get to the root and begin to work deeply on releasing the pattern.
While some patterns are relatively easy to shift, others take time and you may notice yourself working on releasing it layer by layer. Beyond receiving the energy healing and transmissions, this isn’t passive work, its about awareness, about moving through the patterns with consciousness as they begin to repeat in your life in real time. The patterns don’t disappear until the wounds that created them get healed. Sometimes that happens relatively swiftly, yet with more ingrained patterns, it can take months of working through each layer, building capacity and safety in the nervous system to trust that it really is safe to let go of the pattern and to step into a new way of being.
I invite you to be patient with yourself, to be kind, compassionate and loving and to engage all of the support you need to help you to break free. The results are truly worth having.
Questions for Contemplation
What are the patterns in my life that seem to repeat themselves, even when I consciously want something different?
What have these patterns been protecting me from? What’s the belief beneath the pattern?
When I reflect, which of these patterns, beliefs or ways of being can I see in the women who came before me?
What did the women in my family have to do to survive, belong or keep themselves safe?
Where have I learned to put others first, stay quiet, make myself smaller or adapt myself to keep the peace or feel accepted?
Are there beliefs I carry about my worth, my voice, my power, my gifts, my needs or what it means to be a woman?
Which patterns and beliefs am I tired of carrying, and what would I love to feel free to experience instead?
Receiving the Healing the Ancestral Feminine – Energy Healing
As you prepare to receive the energy healing brought through by my ancestral healing guides, you may wish to set an intention around a pattern, belief or inherited burden that you feel ready to release.
Give yourself plenty of time to receive the healing with space to sit quietly, reflect and journal afterwards if you wish.
Take good care of yourself – tend gently to any emotions that arise, notice how your body feels and respond by giving it what it needs – be it movement, hydration, nourishment or rest.
Healing the Ancestral Feminine – Energy Healing
After the Energy Healing
In the quiet time after receiving the energy healing, you may like to reflect and journal on the following…
Give yourself space to notice what’s arising with each question, without putting pressure on yourself to have an answer.
What did I notice in my body, my emotions or my awareness during or after the healing?
Has anything become clearer about a pattern I have been carrying?
If I no longer needed to carry this familiar pattern, what other possibilities might open up for me?
What could I choose differently, gently and practically, the next time this pattern arises?
Knowing that a pattern is only trying to keep me safe, how can I support myself when it next arises? What’s my action plan?
Remember that becoming aware of a pattern is a huge step towards change. When you stay open, continue to self-enquire and meet what you discover with compassion, curiosity and kindness, the healing process continues to unfold.
Continue to observe what arises over the coming days, try to be kind and gentle with yourself and make time every day to check in and notice how you’re really doing beneath the layers, tending to any emotions that may arise and following your body’s needs.
Part Three
Reclaim
Reconnecting With Your True Nature, Your Sacred Feminine Gifts, Your Soul and Your Soul Purpose
Throughout this journey, we've begun to remember who we are beneath the layers of conditioning, to bring awareness to the patterns and burdens we may have inherited, and to acknowledge what we're ready to release.
Now, in Part Three, we're turning towards what becomes possible when we begin to free ourselves from what has been holding us back, reconnecting with our true nature and reclaiming the wisdom, gifts and ways of being that are innately ours.
Reclaiming is about remembering who you are.
It's about reconnecting with the part of you that exists beneath the expectations, the conditioning, the survival patterns and the experiences that may have shaped how you see yourself and your place in the world.
It's about remembering the wisdom that lives within you, a desire to move in harmony with the cycles and seasons of nature, the ancient ways of knowing, the Divine Feminine and the innate feminine wisdom that has always been part of you.
As women, we carry not only the burdens of the women who came before us, but also their gifts, their wisdom, their strength and their resilience. As we begin to acknowledge and release what we're ready to put down, we can create more space to recognise and embody the gifts that have been waiting to emerge.
What might become possible when you're no longer living so much of your life through inherited patterns, but are free to live in greater alignment with your true self?
In this part, I invite you to reconnect with your Sacred Feminine Gifts, to listen more deeply to the wisdom of your body, to explore your relationship with the natural cycles of the Earth and the ancient ways of feminine knowing, and to remember the deeper calling of your Soul.
It's about creating the space to be more fully who you already are, to honour your own rhythms, trust your inner wisdom and begin to embody your Soul and Soul Purpose in your everyday life.
As you continue to engage with the work, give yourself permission to take your time. Reclaiming yourself is about remembering, listening, exploring and discovering what emerges as you reconnect with your true nature.
Questions for Contemplation
Before receiving the transmission, I invite you to take a little time to turn inwards and consider what reclaiming means for you. By asking the questions, you're opening a door in your consciousness for the wisdom and knowing you carry within you to arise, as and when they're ready.
You may like to journal if it feels helpful.
How connected do I feel to the wisdom of my body? Do I allow myself to listen to its needs, honour its rhythms and experience pleasure, joy and aliveness?
What is my relationship with the Earth and the cycles and seasons of nature? Do I feel a desire to reconnect with the natural world and the ancient wisdom it holds?
When I think about the women who came before me, what gifts, strengths, wisdom or resilience might I carry from my ancestral feminine line?
How free do I feel to express my truth, trust my inner knowing and make choices that honour who I truly am?
What are the feminine qualities and gifts that I feel called to remember, reclaim and bring more fully into my life?
What brings me joy, peace, love, aliveness and a sense of freedom? How much space do I allow for these in my life?
What do I feel my Soul is calling me towards, and what might it mean to embody my Soul Purpose more fully?
Receiving the Transmission
When you feel ready, find a comfortable sitting or lying position where you can relax deeply and allow yourself to receive the transmission without interruption.
Take a few moments to settle into your body, allowing yourself to be fully supported by whatever you're sitting or lying on. Bring your awareness to your breath, allowing each exhale to help you relax a little more deeply.
You may wish to set an intention around your Sacred Feminine Gifts: remembering them, using them and sharing them. Or perhaps you'd like to connect more consciously with your Soul and begin to bring forth your Soul Purpose. You may simply wish to remain open to whatever you're ready to receive.
When you have your intention, bring it to your heart space. Take a few gentle breaths, imagining your heart opening and creating space for you to be who you truly are, and to bring more of that truth into your life in whatever unique form it takes for you.
Then allow yourself to rest and receive.
In this transmission, the ancestral healing guides bring through frequencies that support you to connect with Gaia, the source of life on Earth, and to open yourself to the Sacred Feminine Gifts that come through both spirit and the Earth. It supports the remembering of the wisdom carried through our ancestral lineages, of the cycles and seasons of nature, and of our connection with the Earth, the cosmos and the life we're here to experience in a human body.
You're invited to create space for your gifts to awaken and unfold, to reconnect with your Soul and heart, and to recognise the things that bring you joy, peace, love, hope and aliveness. The energy of this transmission supports you in your journey to sovereignty: of choosing a path from your Soul rather than from the mind, old beliefs or inherited patterns.
Return to Her - Healing the Ancestral Feminine Transmission
After the Transmission
When the transmission is complete, take as much time as you need to return gently to your body and your surroundings. You may wish to remain sitting quietly, meditate or spend a little time journalling.
You might like to reflect on the following questions:
What, if anything, did I notice during the transmission? Did any feelings, sensations, images or insights arise?
Has anything come into my awareness about my Sacred Feminine Gifts, my connection with the Earth or my Soul Purpose?
What brings me joy, peace, love and a sense of aliveness, and how could I allow more of this into my everyday life?
Is there something I feel called to embody, express or follow more fully as I reconnect with my true self?
Allow yourself to sit with whatever has arisen. Sometimes insights arrive during the healing itself; at other times, something becomes clearer in the hours or days afterwards. Keep your awareness open and make a note of anything that feels meaningful.
This experience invites you to create space for the truth of who you are to emerge, for your gifts to unfold and for you to give yourself permission to live in greater alignment with your Soul.
As you move back into your day, pay attention to your body's needs. Give yourself permission to rest, nourish yourself, move, play, create and experience the things that bring you joy. Notice the beauty of the natural world around you, and allow yourself to reconnect with the rhythms and seasons of nature.
You may find yourself drawn towards others who share your values and aspirations. There is something powerful about women supporting women, coming together to uplift one another and creating space for our gifts to be expressed and shared.
Take time to notice what brings you joy, what opens your heart, what gives you a sense of peace and what you feel genuinely called towards. Allow these experiences to guide you as you continue to discover what it means to live as your authentic self, connected with your Soul and your Purpose.
Your Return to Her Journey
Through the three parts of Remember, Release and Reclaim, you've been invited to explore your personal, ancestral and collective inheritance, to meet what arises with compassion, and to begin creating space for a way of being that is truer to you.
My hope is that this experience supports you in reconnecting who you truly are beneath the layers, remembering the wisdom and gifts you carry, and feeling more free to express yourself as your authentic self, connected with your Soul, your Purpose and the life you're here to live.
May you continue to remember who you are, release what's ready to fall away, and reclaim the gifts, wisdom and Sacred Feminine Power that are yours to embody.
With so much love and many blessings,
Claudia x
