1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offerings provided by Claudia Maxine Jones, trading as Claudia Maxine ("Claudia Maxine", "we", "us", "our"), whether free or paid. By booking, purchasing, registering for or joining any offering, you ("you", "your") confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

The examples above are not exhaustive. These terms apply to all current and future offerings in each category. Where an offering has additional terms, shown on its booking or sales page, those terms also apply and take precedence for that offering.
2. Booking, payment and cancellation rights
Booking and payment
• A booking or place is confirmed only once payment has been received. Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing.
• Prices, durations and inclusions are as stated on the booking or sales page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, or by bank transfer where agreed. Any bank, transfer or currency conversion fees are your responsibility, and the full amount must be received.
• Where an instalment plan has been agreed, you are liable for every instalment, whether or not you continue to take part. If an instalment is late, access and bookings are suspended until it has been paid.
Your statutory right to cancel
Under Spanish and EU consumer law, purchases made online or at a distance may be cancelled within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving a reason, by notifying us by email. Any refund due is made within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method. The following conditions apply to this right:
• Sessions and services: when booking, you request that your sessions or services may begin within the 14-day period. If you cancel within the 14-day period after sessions or services have begun, you will be charged for everything already received, calculated in proportion to the total price, and only the balance will be refunded. Once a service has been provided in full, the right to cancel no longer applies.
• Digital content and online programmes: courses, recordings, membership content and online programmes are made available to you immediately on purchase, and at checkout you are asked to agree to receive immediate access. Live group calls included in an online programme form part of that programme. Once the programme content has been made available to you, the right to cancel no longer applies.
Refunds
After the 14-day period has ended, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund is given for unused sessions, unused access, a change of mind or dissatisfaction with outcomes. This does not affect your statutory rights where a service has not been provided as described.
3. One-to-one sessions
Discovery Calls
A Discovery Call is a free conversation to establish whether working together is right for you. It is not a healing session, and it does not commit either party to further sessions.
Sessions
• Sessions take place online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection.
• Sessions start and end at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, the session is not extended.
• If a technical problem on our side prevents a session from going ahead, the session will be rescheduled.
Rescheduling and cancellation
• Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice through the booking system.
• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, and sessions not attended, are forfeited.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you may request distance energy healing during the original session time. This request must be made by email at the time of cancellation.
• If Claudia Maxine needs to cancel a session, you will be notified and the session rescheduled as soon as possible.
Session containers
• A session container is a package of sessions purchased together.
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing.
• Where a container is paid in instalments, sessions are delivered in proportion to the instalments received. For example, a container of six sessions paid in three instalments delivers two sessions for each instalment. Sessions cannot be booked or delivered until the instalment that covers them has been paid.
• Sessions must be taken within the following periods from the date of purchase: a single session within 2 months; 6 sessions within 6 months; 9 sessions within 9 months; 12 sessions within 12 months. Sessions not taken within the relevant period expire.
• In exceptional circumstances, a container may be paused once, for up to 3 months, by prior written agreement.
• If you discontinue your sessions before the container is complete, the remaining sessions are forfeited and the full fee remains payable.
• The fee for a single session may be credited towards a container only where the container is purchased within 1 day of attending the single session.
Between sessions
You are responsible for resourcing and caring for yourself between sessions, including seeking appropriate professional care where needed.
4. Group programmes, events and retreats
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing. If you discontinue your participation, no refund is given and any outstanding instalments remain payable.
• Group sessions held online may be recorded and shared with participants in a private space. By joining, you consent to being recorded and accept that anything you share may appear in the recording. You may keep your camera off or choose not to speak.
• We may change the date or time of a group session or event. Where this happens, you will be offered the new date or the session or event recording.
• If Claudia Maxine cancels a programme or event in its entirety, you will receive a full refund.
Group agreements
Group spaces are intended as non-judgemental environments. By joining, you agree to the following.
• Keep everything shared by other participants confidential.
• Listen and witness without trying to fix, and give no unsolicited advice.
• Speak from your own experience, using "I" rather than "you".
• Remain aware of your own projections, and take care of yourself if you are affected by what others share.
Claudia Maxine reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disrespectful, unsafe or disruptive to the group. No refund is given in this case.
Retreats
In-person retreats may be subject to additional booking terms covering deposits, accommodation, travel and insurance, provided at the time of booking. You are responsible for your own travel, travel insurance and any health requirements.
5. Online courses, memberships and free offerings
Online courses
• On purchase, you are given personal access to the course for your own use. Access may not be shared or transferred.
• Access lasts for the period stated on the sales page. Where a course is described as "yours to keep", access continues for as long as the course and its platform remain available.
Memberships
• Memberships are paid in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
• A membership may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, and no refund is given for that period.
• We may change membership content, features or pricing. Notice of any price change will be given before it takes effect.
Free offerings
• Free experiences, meditations, healings and resources are provided for personal use only.
• Access to free offerings may be time-limited, and they may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Sections 6, 7 and 8 of these terms apply to free offerings.
Intellectual property
All healings, recordings, meditations, transmissions, workbooks, journals, videos and written materials are the intellectual property of Claudia Maxine. They may not be copied, shared, recorded, resold, published, taught or otherwise distributed without prior written consent, and login details to these materials may not be shared. Any breach will result in immediate removal of access, and Claudia Maxine reserves the right to take further legal action.
6. Responsibility for your health
Nature of the work
Claudia Maxine offers a somatic, trauma-informed energy healing approach. This work is not medical, psychiatric, psychological or psychotherapeutic treatment, it is not mental health care, and it does not replace any of these. Claudia Maxine does not diagnose, treat, cure or prescribe for any condition, and does not provide crisis support.
You must not stop, change or delay any medical or psychological treatment or medication unless advised to do so by your doctor or healthcare practitioner.
Your health and suitability
• If you have, or have had, a physical or mental health condition, or are taking medication, it is your responsibility to consult your doctor or a qualified health professional before taking part, and to inform Claudia Maxine before booking.
• If you are currently experiencing mental or emotional difficulties, you must be under the care of a qualified professional before and while taking part.
• In an emergency, call 112 in Spain or your local emergency number.
• Where Claudia Maxine believes that the work is not serving your wellbeing at a particular time, she may pause your one-to-one sessions or your participation in live group sessions until it is appropriate to continue. Any time frame for your one-to-one sessions is extended by the length of the pause. Access to online course content is not affected.
Your responsibility
By booking, joining or taking part in any of Claudia Maxine's offerings, you confirm the following.
• You take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing, during and after our work together.
• If you have any concerns or questions about your health, you will consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
• You are able to take care of yourself, and to seek appropriate professional support when needed.
• You will inform Claudia Maxine of any change in your health that may affect the work.
• You understand that healing work can bring up strong emotions, memories, sensations or physical responses, both during sessions and afterwards.
• You may stop any session, exercise or practice at any time.
• You receive energy healing, and take part in practices including breathwork, movement, yoga, tapping and meditation, at your own risk and to your personal capacity.
• You understand that experiences differ, and that no particular result, outcome or timescale is promised or guaranteed.
Animal healing
Healing offered for animals is complementary to veterinary care and does not replace it. You remain responsible for your animal's health and should always consult a veterinarian.
Consent
By booking or taking part in any of Claudia Maxine's offerings, you consent to receiving energy healing and other modalities from Claudia Maxine, including at a distance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claudia Maxine is not liable for the following.
• Any decision you make, or any action you take or do not take, during or after our work together, or how you interpret or use anything shared in it.
• Any emotional, physical, psychological or spiritual response or outcome arising from the work, or from practices you undertake on your own.
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, business or opportunity.
• Any problem caused by your internet connection or devices, by third-party platforms such as Zoom, Stripe or Squarespace, or by events outside our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the offering concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Confidentiality and recordings
• One-to-one: information you share in sessions and on intake forms is confidential and is not disclosed without your written consent, except where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, where a child or vulnerable adult may be at risk, or where disclosure is required by law. Claudia Maxine may discuss the work in professional supervision without any detail that identifies you.
• Recording: one-to-one sessions are not to be recorded by either party without prior agreement.
• Groups: recordings and group confidentiality are covered in section 4.

9. Ending our work, changes and governing law
Right to decline or end work
Claudia Maxine reserves the right to decline any booking, and to end the work at any time in the event of disrespectful, abusive, boundary-crossing or unsafe behaviour. No refund is given where work is ended for these reasons.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on our website applies to new bookings and purchases.
General
• You may not transfer your booking, place or access to another person.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force.
• A delay in enforcing any term does not prevent it from being enforced later.
• These terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and the details on the booking or sales page, form the entire agreement between Claudia Maxine and you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
