H.E.A.L. Soul Sessions offer a healing sanctuary - a space where we listen to what’s arising within you and create a sacred container for your healing, embodiment and awakening process.

H.E.A.L. Soul Sessions support you as you break through the final layers of personal and familial patterning, trauma and deeply ingrained beliefs that hold you back from living in alignment with your soul and awakening to your soul’s purpose.

In your H.E.A.L. Soul Sessions, we’ll hold space for the unhealed, shadow parts of you to emerge for healing and help you to release deeply held fears (including past-life and ancestral) around embodying your power, speaking your truth, expressing your creativity and connecting with and sharing your feminine gifts with the world.

Each H.E.A.L. Soul Session is held in an intuitively guided space within in a powerful energetic healing field held by my spirit guides. Your soul, your higher self, your spirit guides and your benevolent ancestors are invited into the field to co-create the session and support your healing process.

What might unfold within a H.E.A.L. Soul Session?

Your H.E.A.L. Soul Session is guided by your needs and supported with the modalities you feel most drawn to, among them:

  • Energy Healing - channelled Reiki, Sekhem, Angelic and Divine Feminine healing frequencies help you to heal deep seated issues and support your energy system in coming into alignment with your soul and your soul purpose.

  • Ancestral Lineage Healing - tends to lingering threads of ancestral wounds that may be in the way of you embodying your soul and soul purpose.

  • Soul-Spotting - using brainspotting to access your inner wisdom and discover the inner portals that can reconnect you with your soul.

  • ReAlign - uses kinesiology based energy healing to clears blocks at the root cause bringing you into greater alignment with your soul & soul purpose.

Who is it for?

H.E.A.L Soul Sessions are for women who have worked with me before at a deep level and are used to receiving energetic transmissions through me. Ideally they have participated in the Healing the Ancestral Feminine - Women’s Circle and/or studied Sekhem Healing with me to Advanced Level or beyond.
