When we accept the difficult truth that no matter what we’ve been through in life, the wound that remains is ours to heal, then the healing journey can truly begin.

Recognising that we alone have the power to heal ourselves, can feel both empowering and overwhelming. Yet healing yourself does not mean you have to walk the path alone.

Having someone to walk alongside you, to guide your way and to hold space for your transformation is invaluable in the darker moments of life.

Healing, especially after trauma, can be a long process, but it doesn’t have to be a lonely one. MINDFULNESS & GENTLE EMBODIMENT PRACTICES Through trauma-informed practices including somatic inquiry, vagus nerve exercises, and self-compassion techniques, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, process emotions in a resourced way, and shift limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. You’ll develop the ability to stay present with your experiences, recognising and responding to triggers with awareness, empowering you to break free from unhelpful patterns and cycles and build resilience, so you can navigate life with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.

ENERGY HEALING

Reiki, Sekhem and Angelic Healing, where you can simply let go and allow yourself to be bathed in restorative, loving energies from the higher realms.

BRAINSPOTTING

Brainspotting supports the healing of attachment wounds, ancestral patterns and developmental trauma and the releasing of shame, grief and other painful emotions, while Expansion Brainspotting can further deepen your connection to your soul, your intuition, spirituality, and your Higher Power.

REALIGN ENERGY HEALING

ReAlign Energy Healing, an interactive kinesiology-based approach that allows us to uncover and clear issues at the root cause level.

EFT TAPPING

Involves gentle tapping on meridian points while bringing awareness to the issue. Tapping activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the flight and fight response, enabling us to process difficult emotions and pent up nervous system charge while feeling safe and embodied.

THERAPEUTIC VAGUS NERVE YOGA & PRANAYAMA

Therapeutic Yoga and Pranayama (yogic breathing practices) assist in trauma recovery. These sessions draw on my training in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery, offering gentle yet profound support in trauma healing, nervous system regulation and help restore a sense of safety and wholeness to your being.

I’m Claudia Maxine, and I’m passionate about supporting women as they heal from trauma so they can reclaim their lives and experience greater freedom, joy, and fulfilment each day.

I believe we all have an innate capacity to heal—when the right conditions are in place. With the right guidance, tools, care, and support, we can reconnect with our true selves, release what no longer serves us, and step into a life of authenticity and purpose.

Through my somatic trauma- informed approach to healing, I combine gentle yet powerful approaches to help you heal, grow, and thrive.

With over 30 years of experience in psychology, natural health and a specialisation in narcissistic abuse and codependency recovery, I bring together a wealth of tools and modalities to meet you where you are on your journey toward personal freedom and well-being.
