Heal & Restore Sessions are for women who are ready to come home to themselves. If this is you, I invite you on a journey that meets you where you are and gently guides and supports you back to your natural state of rest.

Together, we follow a unique path that honours your body, your nervous system, and the inner wounds responsible for triggering fight, flight, or freeze responses.

After an initial consultation, I guide you through nervous system practices that give you self-regulation skills that you can continue at home, so that you’re easily able to maintain the shifts you experience in your sessions.

Modalities may include energy healing such as Vagal Toning Practices, Mindfulness Techniques, Brainspotting, Tapping, Therapeutic Vagus Nerve Yoga and Pranayama (Breathwork), Reiki or Sekhem Healing, Nervous System Education all tailored to your needs in the moment.

  • Reiki is Life Force energy guided by ‘Source’ intelligence. When channelled, Reiki naturally flows toward the parts of your being most in need of healing and needs no direction from the practitioner or recipient. We can however set an intention for how we would like Reiki to support us and this can yield powerful results.

    Among it many benefits, Reiki can help:

  • Sekhem is a powerful energy healing system that incorporates Reiki, Seichim and Sekhem Living Light energies. It is an ancient Egyptian system of wisdom and healing that leads to personal transformation and empowerment on all levels of our being.

    Like Reiki, Sekhem is a channeled energy that your higher consciousness draws into your energy field and directs towards your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing.

    Sekhem offers all of the benefits of Reiki plus the deeper possibility for empowerment, self- leadership and greater alignment.

    To receive the energy you simply sit or lay comfortably for the duration of the session.

  • Vagal toning practices are designed to support your nervous system in returning to a state of calm and balance.

    These practices work with the body’s natural rhythms to help release tension, ease stress, and bring clarity to the mind.

    By engaging the vagus nerve, we encourage your body to enter a state of safety and relaxation, by inviting the nervous system to return to it’s resting state.

    Through these exercises, you’ll experience a deeper sense of presence and connection with yourself, as well as a renewed capacity to respond to life from a place of clarity and calm rather than reactivity.

    Each practice is tailored to meet you where you are at, supporting lasting shifts as you integrate the practices into your daily life.

  • Vagus Nerve Yoga and pranayama (yogic breathwork) are powerful support tools for healing from trauma, offering a gentle and embodied approach to restoring balance in the nervous system. Rooted in Applied Polyvagal Theory, this personalised one-to-one experience is designed to support you in feeling safe, grounded, and more connected to your body.

    Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and guided practices, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and build resilience. These sessions help to ease symptoms of anxiety, overwhelm, and dissociation by creating a sense of safety and agency within your body. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic stress, emotional trauma, or a deeper sense of self-connection, this approach empowers you to move towards healing at your own pace.

  • Mindfulness practices are skills you can learn that help to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

  • Brainspotting offers a gentle yet deep and effective way to heal after trauma without overwhelm.

    During a session, I’ll guide you to find eye positions, (brainspots), to connect you with your innermost resources and feelings such as love, safety, empowerment, belonging, acceptance and worthiness. Your brainspots along with my presence to support you, will enable you to process at a deep, somatic (body-based) level in a compassionate, resourced way, at your own pace.

    Among it’s many benefits Brainspotting can help process:

    • symptoms of trauma

    • states of helplessness and hopelessness

    • difficult emotions such as anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, grief

    • pent-up charge in the nervous system from unexpressed fight, flight or freeze

      and can support you to:

    • overcome deeply ingrained limiting beliefs (such as those around our worth, lovability, importance, and being ‘enough’) and replace them with new empowering beliefs

    • open up to new possibilities for yourself and your life

    • to feel safe and loved and open for connection

    • to find your way forward after trauma or difficulties

    • to find positive resources such as peace, love, safety and joy within

  • EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping as it’s commonly called, combines gentle tapping on meridian points while bringing awareness to the issue. Tapping activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the flight and fight response, enabling us to process difficult emotions and pent up nervous system charge while feeling safe and embodied.

    Tapping has been shown to reduce the heart rate and lower cortisol levels associated with stress

    Tapping supports the brain to create new neural pathways helping you to create new, calmer responses to triggers.

  • Healing Aromatherapy Massage is a deeply nurturing and therapeutic treatment that combines the healing power of touch with carefully selected essential oils.

    You’ll have the choice of three specially blended oils, each designed to support your unique healing journey—whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, emotional balance, or a sense of renewal.

    Unlike deep tissue massage, this treatment focuses on the energetic and spiritual layers of your being, as well as your nervous system, working gently yet profoundly to restore harmony within.

    As your body unwinds, the subtle healing energy present in my work naturally flows through the session, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to yourself.

  • Restorative Vagus Nerve Massage is a deeply soothing treatment that helps calm your nervous system and bring your body back into a state of ease.

    This therapeutic massage focuses on key areas where the vagus nerve is most accessible, including the head, neck, ears, shoulders, upper chest, and abdomen.

    Therapeutic healing touch of the vagus nerve encourages a shift from a state of chronic sympathetic nervous system activation (stress response) to one where the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, initiating your body’s natural relaxation response and inviting a state where you can rest, digest and connect with ease.

  • Balancing Foot Reflexology is a deeply grounding therapy that communicates directly with your nervous system through the thousands of nerve endings you have in each foot.

    As gentle to medium pressure is applied to the specific reflex points that correspond to different organs, systems, and energy pathways, you’ll experience deep relaxation as your nervous system is soothed and your body’s natural healing abilities are stimulated.

    The feet contain more nerves per square inch than any other part of the body, making them a powerful gateway to relaxation and regulation. Research shows that reflexology stimulates the vagus nerve—the body’s key parasympathetic nerve—helping to slow the heart rate, ease digestion, and shift the body out of stress responses into a state of calm.
