Free monthly healing call for women
If you’re in need of some healing and connection, this Free Healing Call may be just what you’ve been looking for.
Every month, I offer a trauma-informed healing space where you can take time for yourself, feel the warmth of connection with other women and experience guided mindfulness practices, nervous system regulation techniques and self-care resources to help you to gently come back to your body and into connection with yourself and your soul.
Towards the end of the call you’ll receive an energy healing (as a group) of Reiki, Sekhem and Angelic Healing to support you in your healing process and into alignment with your soul and your soul’s purpose.
Whether you’re recovering from trauma, having a difficult time, feeling disconnected or simply looking to connect more deeply with yourself, your soul and your soul purpose, you’re welcome to join the call.
