Please take a few moments to read the following before listening to the transmission:

Before you begin: Set aside an hour, more if you can. Take some time to get settled. Turn off your notifications so you won’t be disturbed and get comfortable.

What you may experience: During an energy healing transmission you may experience any of the following: deep relaxation, sleep, sensations of ‘energy’ moving through your body, seeing colours, images, feeling warm (or cool) sensations, emotional release, temporary intensification of physical sensations. Everyone experiences energy work differently, there is no right or wrong. You may feel very little and that’s okay, it doesn’t mean that nothing’s happening. The transmission works with everyone individually, delivering what they need at that time. You can repeat the transmission as many times as you like, but do so in alignment with you inner guidance and allow time for integration between sessions. More is not necessarily better!

After Care: After receiving the transmission you may like to take time to rest, reflect, journal. Follow your body’s needs - for some that may mean more rest, eating nourishing food, staying hydrated, taking time in nature, for others it may mean more time in connection with others, more movement and activity. Follow what you feel. Take note of your emotions, your thoughts, your dreams and follow your inner guidance as far as possible.

Important: Do not listen while driving or doing anything that requires your concentration.
