We all carry ancestral burdens—the inherited, unhealed past of our forebears. We inherit from both our mother’s and father’s line, and much of the ‘baggage’ we believe to be our own has been lived and passed down through many generations.

It may seem that the patterns in your life have always been yours. And while this may be true, it is often the case that your parents, grandparents, or even earlier ancestors lived through these same patterns. These might include physical illness, emotional tendencies, ingrained beliefs, or core feelings of lack: scarcity, unworthiness, unlovability, not being enough, being too much. The deep fear that we are not safe, and that everything might fall apart if we stop holding it all together.

In a Sacred Lineage Healing Journey, we gently examine the roots of these burdens and begin to release them—drawing on whichever modalities are most aligned with your unique healing process.

This work is powerful whether done individually (as a Personal Journey) or with others from your lineage (as a Shared Journey). My work often centres around the healing of the feminine line, so Shared Family Journeys typically involve female members of the same lineage, working together to release inherited patterns and restore ancestral gifts.

What might a Sacred Lineage Healing Session Include?

I work with specific spirit guides for Sacred Lineage Healing work. During a session you will be deeply held in a safe energetic container by both the guides and myself as well as your own benevolent ancestors and spirit guides.

A session may include elements of the following:

• Ancestor-Spotting – Using Brainspotting to unlock hidden or forgotten connections to the Divine Feminine, to your maternal line, the land, your sacred gifts, your soul and your soul’s wisdom.

• Sacred Lineage Energy Healing

  Guided by Sacred Lineage Energy Healing Guides who carry Divine Feminine frequencies and sacred symbols for deep ancestral healing and the awakening of your lineage’s wisdom.

• • Somatic Journeying
  A body-led exploration to release ancestral trauma, inherited patterns and nervous system imprinting—through presence, breath, movement, and voice.

  • ReAlign Energy Healing
  A kinesiology-based energy practice that uncovers and and clears ancestral patterns at their root, bringing energetic alignment, clarity and empowerment.
