Soul Sessions offer a healing sanctuary - a space where, together, we listen deeply to what’s arising within you, stay open to what’s awaiting transformation - and from a soul-aligned place, create a sacred container for your healing, embodiment and awakening process.

Soul Sessions support you as you break through the layers of personal and familial patterning, personal, ancestral and collective trauma and deeply ingrained beliefs that hold you back from living in alignment with your soul and awakening to your soul’s purpose.

In the Soul Sessions journey, we’ll hold space for the unhealed, shadow parts of you to emerge for healing and help you to release deeply held fears (including past-life and ancestral fears) around embodying your power, speaking your truth, expressing your creativity and connecting with and sharing your feminine gifts with the world.

Each Soul Session is held in an intuitively guided space within in a powerful energetic healing field created by my spirit guides. Your soul, your higher self, your spirit guides and your benevolent ancestors are invited into the field to co-create the session and support your healing process.

What might unfold within a Soul Session?

Your Soul Session is guided by your needs and supported with the modalities your soul calls for, among them:

• Soul-Spotting - using Brainspotting to access your inner wisdom and discover the inner portals that reconnect you with your soul.

• Somatic Journeying - body-led exploration to support nervous system regulation and deep release.

• Energy Healing - drawing on Reiki, Sekhem, Angelic and Divine Feminine healing frequencies.

• ReAlign (kinesiology based energy healing) - addresses issues at the root cause level bringing greater alignment and balance to your entire being.

• Ancestral Healing Threads - working with your mother line and tending to ancestral wounds so you can access the support of those who stand behind you and receive your ancestral gifts.

• Channeled Soul Guidance - messages and insights from your higher self and guides, as they step forward to support your journey.
