H.E.A.L. Sessions in Ibiza offer you a deeply held, intuitively guided healing sanctuary - a space where you are supported to slow down, reconnect and come home to yourself.

Held in a peaceful countryside setting, these in-person sessions invite you into an embodied energy healing experience - where the body, mind, emotions and spirit are all gently brought into alignment.

Whether you're new to energy healing and feel the call to explore it, or you're already on your healing journey and ready for a deeper, more immersive experience, H.E.A.L. Sessions Ibiza meet you exactly where you are.

Your H.E.A.L. Session

In your session, we take time to identify at the root what wants to shift and heal. Through somatic enquiry, we gently uncover what is ready to be seen and released.

From here, we set a clear intention for the energy healing to follow, allowing the session to unfold intuitively.

You’ll be lovingly held within a potent energetic healing field co-created with my spirit guides, your higher self, your soul, your benevolent ancestors and your own spirit guides.

Together, we create a space where the unhealed, shadow parts of you can safely emerge for healing, releasing deeply held fears around embodying and expressing your true, authentic self, including those rooted in ancestral and past-life wounds - supporting you to stand in your personal power, share your truth, let your creativity flow and allow your purpose to naturally unfold.

What might unfold within a H.E.A.L. Session?

Each session is guided by your needs and supported with the modalities you feel most drawn to, among them:

Energy Healing - Channelled Reiki, Sekhem, Angelic and Divine Feminine healing frequencies.

Ancestral Lineage Healing - To uncover and gently clear threads of ancestral wounding held within your system.

ReAlign Energy Healing - Kinesiology-based healing to clear blocks and limiting beliefs at the root cause level.

Aromatherapy Healing Massage - A deeply soothing, nurturing bodywork experience to calm the nervous system and support overall wellbeing.

Freedom Essences - A personal blend of Ibiza wildflower and sacred site essences, intuitively created to support your healing process. (Add €30 for a personalised 30ml blend).

How does it work?

H.E.A.L. Sessions Ibiza are held in a quiet, healing space in the heart of the countryside, close to Santa Eulalia.

Single Sessions are 90 minutes (including consultation and integration time)

There is the option of a 6-session bundle if you wish to continue on a deeper healing journey (online or in-person).
