In spiritual circles, Ibiza is known as a power spot on the earth's grid - an amplifier of energy, a place that shines a light on what you're truly seeking and expands your capacity to receive it. Far away from the club scene and the bustling beaches is another Ibiza entirely - the sacred land that was here millennia before the first DJ played their opening set. This Ibiza’s alive with fertile energy, with wildflowers covering the red earth, with fragrant pine forests and coastal paths that wind above the crystal clear waters, the air rich with the scent of blossom and herbaceous goodness - extraordinary sunrises and sunsets and skies so clear the stars sparkle like diamonds.
It is the land of the Goddess Tanit, worshipped in a mountain cave here for over two and a half thousand years - Goddess of women, of fertility, of the moon.
It is the land of Es Vedrà, a magnificent, majestic and magnetic power spot, with energy so potent that everyone in its midst can feel its power and a place so beautiful and exquisite that it captivates all those who sit before it.
I've been living here for eleven years, walking this land every day, sitting at its sacred sites, and doing the deepest healing work of my life. This land has been my teacher, my healer and my home. And now I'd like to share it with you, so that it can serve you too, on your journey of healing and coming home to yourself.

What is a H.E.A.L. Journey?
A H.E.A.L. Journey is a tailored, one-to-one, seven-day transformational experience, on Ibiza, dedicated entirely to your healing, transformation, and reconnection with yourself.
Over the seven days you’ll have 12 hours of dedicated healing time, curated from H.E.A.L. Journey sessions, Healing Nature Walks and Sacred Site visits - and, if you wish, the opportunity to learn the sacred healing arts of Reiki and Sekhem.
The journey unfolds in complete alignment with you and your unfolding process. Some days you may wish to go deeper, weaving sessions together into a more immersive experience. Other days may call for stillness, space and reflection - your H.E.A.L. Journey is unique to you.
The H.E.A.L. Journey Flow
Imagine waking each morning on this sacred land, knowing that today is entirely yours. There is nowhere to be, nothing to perform, no one to take care of but yourself.
The day unfolds gently - perhaps a walk through the pine forest as the sun rises over the red earth, pausing to take in the scent of wild rosemary or orange blossom - or perhaps quiet time, for sitting, reflecting, integrating - letting the peace of nature work its magic.
A delicious brunch follows - decadent on the senses; yet healthy and nourishing to your body and soul.
When you’re ready, we tune into what’s alive in you and together we decide: is it a day for going deep with healing work, or more a day for balancing, receiving, integrating? We’ll listen to your system and follow its flow.
Some days that may mean simply receiving - energy healing, aromatherapy, reflexology, the wildflower and sacred site essences I created through this land.
Other days it may mean walking around an energetically potent sacred site and receiving your healing there.
Sometimes that may mean sitting together and unravelling the belief that has been running quietly beneath everything - finding it, naming it, clearing it at the root - doing the deeper work and feeling the freedom that follows.
Your H.E.A.L. Journey is a held and guided, healing process that works deeply at the root cause level while staying responsive to your needs in the moment.
You’ll have plenty of time for integration each day to rest, relax and reflect. You might choose to stay home in the heart of the Ibiza countryside - to wander through the pine, olive and carob trees, meander along the sleepy caminos lined by traditional dry stone walls, pick wild asparagus, pomegranate or fresh figs (depending on the season), and take in the vivid floral landscape.
You might choose to venture out and swim in the crystal clear waters of the Balearic Sea and soak up the sun at a hidden cove or stay nearby and treat yourself to a day at the local luxury spa.
You might feel more lively and wish to explore the island’s historic sites, its colourful hippie markets or simply take in a spectacular sunset while soaking up the magical unique Ibiza vibe.
A delightful home-cooked meal in the garden closes the day…perhaps you follow with an early night or gaze at the stars until late. The choice is yours.
By the end of your time here, you’ll have experienced a reconnection with yourself, with nature and you’ll have connected with this sacred land. You’ll be standing more fully in your power - feeling the vitality of life flowing through your entire being and feeling ready to create your life from a place of alignment with your true self.
