When we’ve experienced narcissistic abuse, particularly over a long period of time, we lose connection with our true selves. A person with no sense of self borrowed ours, or perhaps worse, they diminished us entirely and left us living in an empty shell - the shadow of our former self.
We might have forgotten what it was like to feel energised, confident and happy - we might even struggle to remember who we were or what we used to enjoy doing before the abuse.
Our nervous system has been hijacked, we’re constantly triggered, have more emotions that we can deal with, and our subconscious beliefs (absorbed from the abuse) are running the show.
So how do we heal? How do we find our true self again and regain our confidence, our passion, our joy?
I believe the key is in turning towards ourselves – to find the answers within. This is where true healing happens. The relationship we need to heal the most is the one with ourselves. We need to take our broken pieces and put them back together lovingly and patiently, and, like a piece of kintsugi pottery, the healing process can leave us more beautiful, strong and radiant than before.
That’s what healing after narcissistic abuse can look like. There is hope. There is a way. And it starts within.
By cultivating a relationship with your true self, you’ll learn to be with yourself in the difficult moments, to soothe your own nervous system, safely release your emotions and to clear the subconscious limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck so you can move forward in your life again - confident, empowered and aligned with your essence.

We'll explore what narcissistic abuse does to your brain and nervous system, what to cultivate and what to avoid in your healing, and then ease into a beautiful, guided meditation to begin reconnecting with your true self.
Day Two - Feeling Loved, Safe & Held
Using a gentle process called Expansion Brainspotting, we'll work to cultivate or remember the felt sense of being loved, safe and held - creating a real, anchored resource in your body to return to whenever you need it.
Day Three - Releasing & Receiving
I’ll guide you to set an intention that’s aligned with your true self and what you need most right now, then you’ll receive an energy healing to support you in releasing what you’re most ready to let go of, receiving what you most need and reconnecting with your true self.
